Please see our average processing times below. Note, all items are handcrafted to order. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow additional time if you ordered during a sale period. We appreciate your patience!

Belts: Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Accessories: Please allow 14-28 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Shipping (USA)

We ship from NYC. Upgrading shipping does not reduce processing time. Free shipping for all orders over $300 USD.

USPS First Class: 5-8 business days
USPS Priority: 3-5 business days
USPS Priority Express: 1-2 business days

Shipping (Rest of World)

We ship from NYC. Upgrading shipping does not reduce processing time. If you have a preferred shipping method not listed, please reach out to us.

USPS International: 6-18 business days
USPS Priority Mail International: 6-12 business days
DHL Express: Calculated at checkout

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Return Policy (USA)

All items are made to order; therefore, we do not accept refunds or returns. However, we do offer exchanges for belts if the item is unworn and in its original condition.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. Include your order number and the item/size you would like to exchange for. A 10% restocking fee, based on the full price item total, will apply. Customer is responsible for shipping fees for the exchange ($6 domestic). Orders are eligible for one exchange only. Any item received through an exchange is not eligible for further exchanges.

Return Policy (Rest of World)

EU Right of Withdrawal: If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. This right applies in place of our standard policies.

To exercise this right, please contact team@maximumhenry.com. Once notified, please mail the item(s) back within 14 days. Customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
